Yesteryear Collection

Though perhaps not pre-eminent now, fifty years ago paraffin was a major source of fuel, with thousands of homes dependent on it for heating, lighting and cooking.
Distribution was often provided by small tankers such as this much loved Bedford KD lorry, introduced by Vauxhall just before the war and a faithful servant for many years afterwards.

This replica was produced by MICA to celebrate its 7th European Convention, held at the Hotel Mercure, Amsterdam on 23rd October 1999.

Production was limited to 500 models and it is a fully authorised Code 2 model.
